Welcome to Pickle Park! We are thrilled to have you as part of our pickleball community.

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") governing your use of our pickleball facilities and membership at Pickle Park. By using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our courts.

1. General Rules and Court Use

1.1. Facility Access: Pickle Park provides 7 pickleball courts available for use by members and guests. Courts may be reserved through our online booking system or in person.

1.2. Booking and Cancellations: Courts are available for a set period of 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours, and bookings should be made via our online booking system or web app. Bookings are to be made 1 week in advance when the booking window opens. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation otherwise a refund will not be possible.

1.3. Court Etiquette: Players are expected to respect the rules of play, maintain good sportsmanship, and avoid disruptive behavior during their sessions.

1.4. Court Conditions: Pickle Park is responsible for maintaining courts in good condition. If you encounter any issues (e.g., wet courts, damage), please notify staff immediately.

2. Safety and Conduct

2.1. Safety Guidelines: All players must follow the safety guidelines set forth by Pickle Park. Proper footwear and attire are required at all times.

2.2. Health Considerations: Players should only participate in activities for which they are physically able and should consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness regimen.

2.3. Alcohol and Drugs: Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in designated areas, and no illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.

2.4. Behavior: Abusive language, fighting, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Pickle Park reserves the right to remove any player or member for violation of the behavior policy.

3. Liability and Waiver

3.1. Liability Waiver: All members and guests must sign a waiver acknowledging that they are participating in pickleball activities at their own risk and that Pickle Park is not liable forany injury or accident occurring during use of the facilities. This has been agreed while creating a profile under Pickle Park.

3.2. Insurance: Pickle Park recommends that members maintain personal insurance coverage for accidents or injuries incurred while using the facility.

4. Events and Tournaments

4.1. Club Events: Pickle Park may host tournaments, leagues, clinics, and social events. Members will be notified of these events via email, our website and social media.

4.2. Event Registration: All participants in club events must be registered via the online booking system.

4.3. Event Conduct: Players participating in Pickle Park events must abide by the rules and regulations specific to each event.

5. Privacy and Communication

5.1. Personal Information: By joining Pickle Park, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available upon request.

5.2. Communication: Pickle Park may send important communications, event information, and updates to members via email or other communication methods. It is the responsibility of members to keep their contact information up to date.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

6.1. Amendments: Pickle Park reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through email or notices posted at the facility.

6.2. Enforcement: These terms and conditions are enforced by Pickle Park management. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of membership.

7. Governing Law

7.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

7.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to these terms shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration] before any legal action is taken.
